For me, both aspects—the technical understanding of AI and the holistic view of its profound impact—go hand in hand in order to understand and successfully shape the artificial intelligence revolution.

My Passion

“AI is the new electricity,” says AI star Andrew Ng from Stanford University. This statement has been the guiding principle for my thinking and entrepreneurial activities for the past 10 years. Artificial intelligence permeates all areas of the economy and society. It opens up completely new possibilities for designing processes and products, developing organizations, and generating knowledge. My passion is to discover these opportunities and use them responsibly: from developing an AI strategy and defining AI use cases to developing and implementing appropriate software solutions.

However, the focus is always on people: AI raises fundamental questions about our self-image and about cooperation between people and between people and machines: What skills do we need to strengthen? How do we organize and lead teams with AI agents? How do we increase the acceptance and adoption of new AI solutions in the company? I support companies in these challenges based on my experience as a manager of large and medium-sized companies and as an AI entrepreneur.

For me, both aspects—the technical understanding of AI and the holistic view of its profound impact—go hand in hand in order to understand and successfully shape the artificial intelligence revolution.
