Guiding organisations through digital transformation.
With broad experience and profound expertise in the legal, technological and organisational aspects,
The economy is undergoing a rapid process of change towards data-based business models. There is
considerable potential for growth if data is better utilised and a culture of data sharing is being
adapted. New technologies are available and, what is often underestimated, new legal bases open up
new opportunities. Organisations now have to step up to create more value from their data treasure.

My foundation

I know large, complex global organisations from 17 years in management positions at AOL and British
Telecom; and therefore, the technological foundations of the digitalisation of infrastructure and
internet business from the inside. Since 2017 I have been accompanying private and public sector
organisations in their digital transformation, including as Chief Digital Officer at one of the largest
Berlin-based family business. I have a doctorate in law and have been involved in various digital EU
legislative packages. Today, I combine these three core competences – technology, leadership and
law – to support companies and decision-makers
